This policy explains how the developer of JAAIB CAIIB IN YOUR CAR (“we”, “us” or “our”) handles information when you use the Android app and its web course browser. For privacy questions, contact competitionhouse2026@gmail.com.

1. Information the app handles

Course browsing and search

Your selected paper, lesson and search text are used within the app to show matching content. This version does not send your search text or course selections to a developer-operated database and does not create a learner profile. The web address may contain the selected paper and lesson so that your browser can navigate between views.

Information you send to support

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond to your request and resolve support or privacy questions. Please do not send banking passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive financial information.

Technical information during network requests

When the app requests online resources, the receiving service necessarily receives technical information such as an IP address, requested resource, request time and browser or device request headers. This can be used to deliver resources, maintain service performance and protect against misuse. The app does not contain its own advertising or cross-app tracking SDK.

2. Third-party services

• Google Fonts: the app currently requests fonts from Google’s font service. Google receives the technical information needed to respond to those requests. Google states that the Fonts Web API does not set or log cookies or use these requests for profiling or targeted advertising. See Google Fonts privacy information.
• Bunny Stream: the app is prepared to display Bunny Stream videos when recorded lessons are added. The current sample catalog has no configured video links. When a Bunny player is loaded in a later lesson, Bunny and its delivery infrastructure can receive network request information and process playback-performance data, such as buffering and errors. A player may use device-local storage for playback preferences, depending on its configuration. See Bunny’s privacy policy and Bunny’s data protection information.
• Web hosting: visitors to the web browser or this policy page make requests to the hosting provider, which may process technical request and security information. A restricted web preview may require the hosting provider’s sign-in; this is separate from an app learner account. See OpenAI’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Third-party retention periods and processing arrangements are governed by those services. This policy does not claim that providers receive no data or that all technical data is kept only on your device.

3. Device permissions and local storage

The Android build declares internet access so it can request fonts and future online videos. The app does not request access to your contacts, precise location, camera, microphone, SMS, call history or payment information.

The app’s web content, fonts and resources may be cached on your device. The browser version uses a service worker to cache the public app shell and catalog for offline browsing. Browser history, web storage and Android backup behaviour are also controlled by your browser and operating-system settings. This version does not implement its own cloud sync of learning history.

4. How information is used and shared

We use support messages to respond to you. Technical network information is processed by the services that provide requested fonts, hosting or videos, for delivery, reliability and security. We do not sell user information or use an app advertising SDK. We may disclose information we hold if required by applicable law or when necessary to address fraud, misuse or a security incident.

5. Retention and deletion

Search and selection state is held in the running interface; browser navigation history and cached app resources may remain locally until cleared. You can clear site data in your browser, clear the Android app’s storage, or uninstall the app to remove its local data. Operating-system backups may need to be managed separately in your device settings.

We keep support correspondence while needed to respond to and resolve your request, and for any applicable legal or recordkeeping obligation. You can request deletion of support correspondence by emailing us from the address used for your request. Any information that must be retained for a legal obligation will be handled accordingly. Third-party services manage their own technical logs under their published policies.

There is no learner account to delete in this version.

6. Security and international processing

The app’s configured online resources use HTTPS. We limit app permissions to the functions described here and do not embed Bunny API or signing keys in the public app. No system can guarantee absolute security. Online services may process requests on infrastructure in countries different from your own.

7. Intended audience

The app is intended for banking-examination learners and is not designed as a service for children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. If a child has sent us personal information in a support message, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

8. Changes to the app and this policy

We will update this policy when the app’s information practices change, including before introducing account features, payments, advertising, analytics or other new processing. The effective date will reflect the current policy. An update does not create new data practices unless those features are actually introduced.
